Rust Level of Shot Blasting Machine Ⅱ

According to China National Standard GB8923-88 before coating steel surface modification grade and rust level, Shot Blasting Machine rust level is divided into four grades, with the letter 'Sa' signaling.

Sa2.5 Very thoroughly spray or throw rust: The surface of the steel shall be free of visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, rust and paint coating, and any residual traces shall be only spots or strips of slight stains. The projection notches formed after shot blasting are evenly arranged on the surface of the steel, and the slip coefficient reaches 0.45 to 0.5.

Sa3 Make the steel clean or spray clean: The surface of the steel shall be free of visible grease, dirt, oxide, rust, paint, etc. The surface shall be uniformly metallic.
