How to Solve the Sand Blasting Machine Breakdown?

There are some solutions that solve the Sand Blasting Machine fault:

1.If the sand cylinder do not vent: a. check the pressure of pressure gauge. B. Check whether the control pipe is wrong or not? C. Check the small plastic bag is ok or not? We need increase the pressure of air compressor, tighten the screw connector, remove the clogging debris, adjust the sand adjustment hand wheel, replace the big plastic pa or copper sleeve or top core.

2.If the sand cylinder do not sand: a. Check the pressure gauge, b. Check whether the air bag connection is loose or not, c. Check the adjustment screw, d. Check the big plastic pa or copper sets and the top core. Then we need to tighten screw core appropriately, replace small plastic pagoda, copper wheel nut or pad , apron.
